Trust & Membership

See the evidence. See its current state.

Find+ presents provider checks individually, keeps professional levels and paid plans separate, and connects service safeguards to the booking where they matter.

Trust states

One check does not stand in for every check.

Available trust items can have different requirements and can move through their own status independently.

Profile identity

One clear photo is checked during registration and becomes the professional’s profile picture.

Identity checks

When an identity check is available or required, its current state is shown as its own item rather than implied by another badge.

Profession & experience

Submitted professional evidence follows its configured review path and keeps a distinct status.

Pending or in review

A submitted item can remain under review. That state is not presented as completed.

Action required

If more information or a new submission is needed, the app identifies the affected item and next step.

Completed

Completion applies to the named check. Other requirements keep their own current state.

Profession & Experience

Proof starts readiness. Three confirmations start review.

A professional submits current work evidence and asks eligible Find+ connections who genuinely know that work to confirm it.

Step 1Add the current claim

Choose the profession and describe the current experience accurately.

Step 2Submit useful proof

Add relevant work, training, licence or experience evidence for the profession.

Step 3Build basic readiness

Proof plus one separate eligible confirmation can satisfy this check for ordinary On-duty access. It is not a public approval.

Step 4Reach 3 confirmations

Three separate eligible confirmations make the current claim ready for Find+ review.

Step 5Follow the review

Only Find+ review can approve the badge. The app shows whether it is pending, approved or needs attention.

An invitation or connection is not a confirmation. Nobody should be pressured, paid or coached to confirm a claim.

Police clearance

Two clear ways to submit a final PCC or PVC.

This is a separate, optional trust status for normal availability and hiring. It appears as completed only after a valid final certificate is reviewed and approved.

Upload your own certificate

Obtain the final PCC or PVC from the appropriate police or authorised service route for your address, then upload the certificate and requested details.

  • Use the final certificate, not only a receipt.
  • Make sure the name, issuer and dates are clear.
  • Follow the review status shown in the app.

Ask Find+ to help procure it

When this option is available, review the exact scope, fee and validity before paying. Find+ then helps obtain the certificate for review.

  • Payment starts the procurement help only.
  • Payment itself is not police verification.
  • The status completes only after certificate approval.

Professional levels and plans

Strong service history can improve your level.

Professional levels reflect eligible completed work, customer feedback, reliability, current trust, safety and real availability. The app shows the current level without exposing private ratings or scoring rules.

NewbieStart building history
BronzeEarly progress
SilverGrowing consistency
GoldStrong reviewed work
PlatinumHighest current level
Service qualityEligible feedback and completed-service history support progress.
ReliabilityConsistent attendance and completion matter over time.
Current trustRelevant trust and safety states must remain in good standing.
Real availabilityUseful availability comes from actually being ready to accept work.
A higher verified professional level may qualify for a lower future plan price.

The service signals behind a level can also support merit-based matching. No level, payment or plan guarantees search position or bookings, and an existing plan is not repriced.

Professional journey

During the service

Trust continues inside the booking.

Profile checks help with the decision before hire. Booking controls create a separate record of what happened during the service.

Customer-held start code

The customer shares the service-start code when the assigned professional is present and ready to begin.

In-app approvals

An applicable repair quote or time extension is reviewed before the additional work becomes part of the booking.

Payment state

The final bill and applicable payment confirmation stay connected to the service history.

Eligible feedback

Feedback follows the completed service and settlement state rather than appearing before the journey is ready.

Use trust information thoughtfully

Displayed checks inform a decision; they do not remove judgment.

Confirm the service scope, price and professional shown in the booking. If a trust item or service step is unclear, open Help from that screen.
