1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to every professional who uses a Find+ provider account. Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years old and complete the registration steps shown for your account.
2. Use your own accurate information
Submit only your own identity, address, photo, profession, experience, contact and payout information. Registration uses mobile and Aadhaar verification and one clear front-camera profile photo with exactly one centred, front-facing face. Another person, an empty scene, a screen, a printed image, an unclear face or multiple faces are not accepted. The accepted photo becomes your profile picture.
- Never use another person’s identity, photo, account, certificate, bank details or work history.
- Keep your profession, experience, services, address, contact and payout details current.
- Complete a fresh check when the app shows that evidence needs attention.
3. Profession and experience
Add honest current profession and experience details with relevant proof. Three separate eligible Find+ connections who genuinely know your work must confirm the claim before it can complete its review. An invitation or connection is not a confirmation. Never pressure, pay, coach or punish anyone for confirming or declining.
4. Smart Work Hours and Ready for matches
Smart Work Hours can apply your saved weekly hours and special dates automatically. A manual On duty or Off duty choice temporarily overrides the schedule until the time shown in the app. Ready for matches lets you choose eligible services, travel distance and how long you are ready to accept suitable requests. Stay reachable and keep required account items current. These settings create an opportunity to receive work; they do not guarantee requests or earnings.
5. Police clearance
PCC or PVC is a separate optional trust check for normal availability and hiring. You may upload a final certificate obtained through the appropriate police or authorised route. When Find+ procurement help is offered, review the scope and fee before paying. A receipt or payment is not verification; the check completes only after a valid final certificate is reviewed and approved.
6. Booking and service conduct
- Review the service, timing, area, scope and shown price before accepting.
- Arrive and use the customer’s service-start code only when you are ready to begin.
- Explain any additional service, part, material, labour, transport or time before cost is incurred.
- Add an eligible quote or extension only through the booking and wait for customer approval.
- Respect the customer, household, property, access instructions, privacy and safety.
- Use accurate progress updates and complete the job only when the agreed work is done.
7. Prices, changes and payment
A booking can use hourly, fixed, per-unit, combined, or diagnosis-then-quote pricing. A diagnosis visit may have a charge or be shown as free. An additional service or extension joins the bill only after the customer approves it. Use the amount and payment option shown in the booking. Record cash or UPI confirmation honestly and cooperate if the payment is disputed.
8. Refunds and disputes
If a direct payment should be refunded, record the proposed full or partial amount in the booking and provide the requested payment reference where applicable. The customer can confirm or dispute it. If you do not agree, support may ask both sides for relevant evidence. A refund request starts review; it does not itself prove that money moved.
9. Membership, plans and feedback
Eligible completed work, customer feedback, reliability, current trust, safety and real availability can improve your professional level from Newbie through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A higher verified professional level may qualify for a lower price on a future provider plan. The service signals behind it may also support merit-based matching. It does not reprice an existing plan, change the customer’s service price, buy verification or guarantee bookings or search position.
Never pressure a customer for a rating or private recommendation, offer a reward for a particular result, retaliate, or try to discover the author of a private recommendation.
10. Customer privacy and Connect+
Use customer information only for the authorised booking and related support. Protect phone numbers, addresses, messages, photos, access details and payment information. Do not publish or reuse them without a valid reason and permission. Connect+ posts and profile updates must be truthful, lawful, respectful and related to professional work.
11. Safety, support and prohibited conduct
Harassment, discrimination, threats, violence, theft, fraud, unsafe work, intoxication during a job, sexual misconduct, weapons, deliberate damage, account sharing, impersonation, review manipulation, payment coercion and retaliation are prohibited. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency authority first. Use Find+ Help for the booking when safe. A normal decline or cancellation does not automatically create a case.
12. Review and account action
Find+ may review relevant account, booking, message, payment, location, trust and complaint information. Cooperate honestly. Find+ may pause matching, require a fresh check, restrict a feature, place a lawful payment hold, suspend or close an account for safety, fraud, legal requirements, repeated service failure, payment disputes or serious policy breaches. Use the available Help or appeal route if you believe a decision is wrong.
13. Changes and acceptance
Material policy changes receive a new version and effective date. You may be asked to review and accept the current version before continuing affected activity.
